Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame

Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date of delivery (for online purchases).

Condition of Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be

Unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations or damages, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Intimate items, such as undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear.

Sarees/Saree blouses and night dresses.

Made to measure items (clothing which was custom made for your exact measurements). Where possible, we will offer alterations if the item does not fit. Please contact us at support@senuri.uk if you need further help.

Any item which is described as non-returnable.

Fashion accessories.

Blazers and winter wear.

party wear, jackets, suits etc.

Infant items.

Discounted or final sale items.

Return and Exchange Process

In-Store Purchases:

Bring the item(s) along with the original receipt to any of our retail locations within the specified return period.

Our staff will assist you with the exchange process. Please note that refunds are not provided for in-store purchases; only exchanges are permitted.

Online Purchases:

Contact our customer service team at support@senuri.uk within the return period to initiate a return or exchange.

Provide your order number, item code, and reason for return or exchange.

We will give you our address, you would need to courier the item(s) to our address in Sri Lanka.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process the exchange or issue a store credit. Refunds are only provided if the item received is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.

Contact our customer service team (support@senuri.uk) with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for the return of the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.

For online purchases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Additional Information

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged at our physical stores if prior arrangements have been made with our customer service team.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria.
